SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. The normal shipping process time is 3 to 5 days depending on the items you ordered. Please note that some of our products are made on-demand to ensure the best quality. In this case, the shipping time can be extended.

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and the shipping warehouse. 

No order can be canceled once it has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIME 

Our shipping times may have delays depending on your country.

2 to 3 weeks for the USA and Canada. (12 to 21 working days)

1 to 2 weeks for European countries. (7 to 14 working days)

2 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world. (14 to 28 working days)

If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but the customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
